To avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment price, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling on the same day will incur a fee ranging from 15% to 100% based on the circumstances. Arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment will be considered a no-show, resulting in a charge of 50% or the full price. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable after purchase and can only be used as a house credit.
